Construyendo barrios

The documentary project “Construyendo barrios” proposes:
• highlight the voice of the neighbors and provide a communication channel between the actors involved in current housing policies.
• record the transformation in the neighborhoods and in the social, productive and cultural life of their inhabitants.
• contribute to public and collective reflection about these processes.
